ALS Multidisciplinary Clinical Care
Multidisciplinary Care provides best-practice care to people living with ALS and their families.  it focuses on independence and quality of life and works to coordinated and streamline care.  The Clinics encourage mutual respect and active collaboration between health care providers and person with ALS in their care plan.  They are also an opportunity to meet other people living with ALS and their families.   *May have opportunities to participate in some form of ALS research.
